By accessing or using the Audition Me application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Audition Me is a mobile application designed to help dancers and performers prepare for auditions through video analysis and practice tools. The App provides features including but not limited to video recording, performance analysis, and practice challenges.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including videos and performance data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Audition Me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Audition Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated revision date.
